Daytime photography experience

8 Hours

Daytime photography experience with LappOne – The five sense of Lapland!

Your daytime photography experience is performed in the surroundings of the ancient Kukkola village, an ideal setting for photography in all seasons. The everflowing Torne river, partly frozen in the winter and wide open in the summer and autumn, makes for a perfect setting for photography. You will learn how to take pictures in challenging light conditions, manually setting the camera and using the full power of your lens.

You only have a smartphone? No worries, as modern phones can take daytime pictures of similar quality as reflex and mirrorless cameras. We will work on the framing, choice of subject, perspective and lighting.

The activity takes place during the hours when the sun is low on the horizon, which vary across the year: from November to February around midday, during the spring and autumn in the afternoon, and during the summer in the evening and nightless night.
